I am a Product Designer and Mechanical Engineer in CAD, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Product Prototyping, Plastic Injection Mold.
I have worked on product design for 12 years, and I have lot of experiences in the mechanical design for the product design and solving of problems on the production.
I have designed the mechanical parts and enclosures for many products such as smart electronic device for home automation, consumer goods, toys and home robots. Moreover, I have very rich experience in electronic products.
I had designed several sets of plastic injection molds, machined the mold parts, assembled them and tested the injecting progress. By these manufacturing experiences, I can make DFM(Design For Manufacturing) and solve the issues for prototypes and production.
I have experience in all of steps for the product development such as basic concept, shape design, rendering, advertising, DFM, functional prototype, sample test, design for production and production support.
