ABOUT
My core skills are in 3D design on Solidworks for Injection Moulded parts but I have also intensely used AutoCAD. I have experience in estimating as well as designing infrastructural medical engineering and clinical equipment for UK hospitals
In the past, I've worked in design of medical gas pendants and equipment trolleys for hospitals across the UK. Sheet metal and extrusions were a fundamental part of most designs. I was also responsible for the mechanical CE marking of our equipment inline with the medical devices directive 13485.
Currently I'm working for a hygiene systems manufacturer designing soap and paper dispensers with a heavy focus on injection moulding. My current role requires for me to wear many hats where I am not only developing current design and new prototypes, but project managing the manufacture of tooling in China and the production line in Hungary.

Starkstrom- Preparing manufacturing job packs for Starkstrom's range of Medical Gas Pendants. Assisting with continuous developments in design of hospital clinical equipment. CE Marking of Starkstrom's Class 2 Medical Devices inline with BS EN 60601. Strong focus on AutoCAD and Solidworks design packages. All documentation inline with 13485 company regulations.
- Generating quotations for clinical and engineering medical equipment for Group 2 / Cat 5 medical locations. Solutions were developed for a wide variety of jobs from small private hospitals to large public tenders. Developed close working relationships with the sales team, technical department, customers, contractors, estates, buyers and suppliers. Managing the work flow of the estimating department to support the field sales team.
