Currently I run my own consulting firm (Gouws Consulting and Advisory (Pty) Ltd) and assist businesses with consulting on various projects including M&A,strategy etc.
Business Consulting is a very wide field and so my experience ranges across a wide area including revenue growth, cost reduction, scaling and other critical issues facing enterprises.
