סיידר הוא בית תוכנה חברתי שמפתח אפליקציות ופתרונות תוכנה מתקדמים עבור יזמים וארגונים. סיידר מעסיק ומקדם מתכנתים מעולים מהפריפריה, כדי ש"קטר ההי טק הישראלי" ימשוך גם אוכלוסיות שנהנות פחות מהזדמנויות בתחום.

בתור עסק שנמדד הן על ביצועים עסקיים והן על אימפקט חברתי כחלק מה-DNA שלו, סיידר מפעיל מודל עבודה חדשני שבו גורואים מנוסים מנהלים סגל מתכנתים מהפריפריה וביחד הם מספקים פתרונות תוכנה חדשניים בתנאים עסקיים מצויינים, עם שירות מעולה ועם ערך חברתי חיובי.

בית התוכנה סיידר הוקם בתחילת 2015 על ידי עמותת תפוח והעסק החברתי ESCO והוא פועל משכונת התקווה בתל אביב.
