I have never specifically done front desk support but I have 8 years in customer experience and a fair amount of that was over the phone.

I have 8 years of customer service experience from simple employee to pre managment levels. I have dealt with anything from collections to a simple transaction.

I have specific experience, I have take a highschool course on various programs and have done forms of data entry through my 8 years of work experience.

I have none yet beyond basic daily tasks, im just trying get into the scene.
