Need to programm a simple "one layer" Website

About me
I am an "artist of words, sounds and design" (which is the shortest way to describe what I'm actually doing), living in Europe (which has the best working environment for people who don't like making compromises), and seeking a nice and uncomplicated connection with a similar person from the worlds of web programming.

About my needs
I supply ideas, design, content and clearly architectures, and need someone to build and maintenance the engines behind the client side.

To make a long story short, please bid ONLY if you perfectly match ALL these requirements:

You are an independent individual (no agency!), who lives and works from home,
You are used to work amazing quickly, permanent pedantic and completely professional,
You are verified by a high quality score within the last 6 months (with more than 5 jobs), and/or 10 jobs,
You speak English as a native mother tongue (perfect would be also German or Hebrew as well),
You know how to write and deal perfectly with html, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySql,
You are available for videoskyping and emails at least 12/6,

About this job

All texts and designs are ready to provide. I will only need to "motorize" them with scripts (html, CSS, PHP and Javascripts) and create a MySql Database to communicate with. Here are the main specifications:

Landing page
A single main page with 3 contents units that changes and parallel called "Threeangle" and made of "language box", "main box" and "info box". The Text is allways showed in a unique default font (Good-Times for headlines, Century Gothic for Latin text and UTF8 for other languages). Alternatively is a jpg-image for the "main box". Each "triangle" is also connected with a 3 sec. audio file as an option (by mouse over button).

Admin
Content A+B+C ("language box", "main box" and "info box") are running parallel,
Content D (a text or jpg file) can be checked only as an alternative to B. The combination forms a self "threeangle" as well.
Each B has eight "sub-contents" results from the "threeangles" set (options buttons).
Content E is an audio file that runs according to the given "threeangle" by mouse over button.
Each Field has a check/uncheck Option.

Menu components
Show / Search (default / Selection from a list / randomly)
Hear (playing a 3 seconds audio file by mouse over)
Options (radio switch between 8 buttons)
Report (a fraud or a mistake)
Set as home, add to favorites, Send to a friend / adressbook
Share with external services (Bookmarks) and order (Affiliattes)
Join a mailing list
Support (a donation form)
Credits

As well as some small applications (such as inserting adwords codes/terms of use/impress/contact form etc.)
