Wordpress Expert and Graphic Designer for on-going website support

Word Press Developer
I need someone who is familiar with WordPress and who understands the nuances of Wordpress development to maintain a website on an ongoing basis. There will be ongoing work with this project as we add more functionality to the site. For the present work, we need to modify a few pages and we are looking for the right developer. The right person must be familiar with the following:
• Wordpress Design- including the ability to do graphic work
• Facebook Wordpress Plugins
• Googleplus Wordpress plugins
• Wordpress SEO Development
• E-commerce
The right person will also act as consultant to provide feedback on the appropriate tools to propagate hits on the website.
