Looking for a Back-end .NET Developer with Facebook API experience

We are a young startup on the verge of launching a mobile app, we are looking for a freelancer to assist in a small back-end project.

Main Goals:
Converting current application code that uses Facebook API to use Facebook API version 2.0 instead (by April 28)
Advising on some challenges with the new API version
Debugging a current back-end service that works with Facebook and Google API

Must have proven experience with the following:
ASP.NET
MySQL
Facebook API - must
Google API - advantage
IIS/ HTML5/ CSS - advantage
