Experienced Web Developer to Create an POC

Our Social Start-Up needs a PoC for the application and website.

The PoC consits of:

1.) Web-Interface for User Handling, Data Entry and Data Display

2.) Server Side Development: Management of the Data, Calculations (based on delivered formulas).

3.) Database Development to store the data entered and calculated.

Development can be done with any suitable development tool (OpenSource) - hosting solution will be delivered.

The involved Database are Hadoop, MySql.

The PoC will be used later as starting point for the next steps - so the development will have to follow standards, well documented and source control.

The work will be done in sprints and with some number of iterations - so is is not a block of the hours!

The estimated workload is approx. 75 hours

Please details specific and detailed experience (according to the points 1 - 3, DB used as well tools) for Web Development in similar projects - Without this details we can't consider the application!
