Magento alias password only login form with limitation

Hi,
i need a password only login form with limitation

here is my requirements:

Admin Section:

- Need to create admin interface so admin can add as many passwords for a customer. May be another tab in the customer area to add password aliases.
- Admin can set password expiry date.
- In settings, admin can choose whether customer can change shipping address during checkout or not. This setting will affect only when customer will be logged in using password only login form.

Frontend Section:

- A separate login form using which customer can login by using password only.
- Customer himself can also add passwords from his 'My Account' section with setting and expiry date and can delete them as well

Alias User Section:

- If customer is logged in using password only form then
- He will not able to see Old orders, can not able to see this new password sections. Or in short, we will just show him dashboard link in which customer details will be viewable only and not editable.
- During checkout, this customer will not able to modify billing address, can able to modify shipping address if allowed by admin or main customer.
- Can see default shipping and payment methods by magento
- And can finish checkout.
