Hi

I'm looking for an Israeli website programmer who can help me with programming and maintaining an existing website, and build a new site from a WP theme

please submit a Fix price for the new website, and in the text proposal let me know your per hour rate, for the ongoing stuff in travee. probably 1-5 hours per month longer term, in the immediate future i need probably about 5-10 hours work on programming a feature (see below), some stuff missing for analytics, and speeding up the site as it's too slow - we host on Godaddy so knowing your way around their system is a plus.
