Looking for APP Developer Guru - Android + iOS

Please bid ONLY if you have read and paid attention carefully to what I require.

I am looking for SOLO guru developer who can understand a new APP concept / idea. I will need a good UI plan, 3rd party UI designer too.

The idea is based on a Dating App + GPS + Chat

If you have dedicated time to work with me on this project, it will work out. I am not looking for a Team Manager or someone who has too much work on his hands.

How much will I pay? My Budget is $20,000 for the APP, however after we reach a certain number of users we will open a company. NDA signature is required before beginning of development.
