I need iOS application programmer in order to complete an iPad application. Program needs to manage PDF documents:
1) downloading
2) Providing updates when new documents are published and available online.
The shell of the application has already been started but the project was put on hold. Now we'd like to revive the project, bring it up to speed with iOS 6 and optimize for the latest standards in iOS development.
