For a website that was moved from Windows IIS to Linux Apache we need a script that will scan the entire website content (html and php files) for all links 50K to a 100K files (ha-zohar.com and ha-zohar.net).

Action to be taken;
Convert links and file names to lowercase (Except external links).
Record broken links to a separate table. (Specify if external or internal)
Record orphan files to a separate table
Internal links with domain name should be converted to relative links.
Save exceptions to a log table (MySql)

If file is PDF or DOC, read its main properties and save to table
(file's full path, title, author, creator, subject, file size, number of page)

Script should be able to run to generate a report (PDF format) with no action taken so we can evaluate the process before running the actual files update/change.

Progress bars and current action should be displayed on the screen.
Database will be imported to Wordpress environment (ha-zohar.info).
A template should be written to display the database content and to allow users to browse, search (by title, author, date created/updated). Display page with pagination.
