Job Description – ESP32 Embedded Engineer (IoT + Predictive System)

The system combines:

Multi-sensor data acquisition
Real-time signal processing
Failure prediction algorithms
Staged protection logic
Digital Twin simulation (cloud side)

Develop firmware on ESP32 (C/C++)
Integrate sensors (temperature, current, vibration)
Implement real-time data acquisition and filtering
Compute derived parameters (e.g., dT/dt, dI/dt)
Implement Failure Index (FI) calculation
Develop basic prediction logic (edge)
Trigger protection mechanisms (relay / alerts)
Communicate with cloud backend (WiFi / MQTT / HTTP)
