Hi,
I’m looking for an expert to set up and run a compliant outreach campaign using FluentCRM + Google Workspace to invite several thousand organizations to claim and update their existing listings in my WordPress‑based directory.
Scope in brief:
Configure FluentCRM, FluentSMTP and Google Workspace (DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sending limits, bounce handling, etc.) for safe bulk sending and good deliverability.
Import, clean and segment an existing list (URLs + work emails), then set up tags/segments for staged sending and basic reporting.
Create short, professional email templates and 1–2 follow‑up messages that:
Explain why the contact is already listed (public web data).
Invite them to review/claim/update their listing via a clear CTA link.
Include proper sender details and unsubscribe/opt‑out to align with common anti‑spam and bulk‑sender rules (CAN‑SPAM/GDPR best practices).
Please include:
Your experience with FluentCRM + Google Workspace and similar “claim your listing”/directory outreach.
An outline of your approach (including daily volumes, warm‑up, and deliverability safeguards).
Estimated timeline and budget (fixed price or detailed hourly estimate).
