Project Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a freelance Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience who can also own product requirements. You will report directly to the VP R&D / Product and work with engineering leadership to keep priorities aligned, requirements clear, and delivery on track. This role is hands-on: leading daily dev team tasks, driving execution, and ensuring outcomes across SaaS, CRM, AI, Web, Mobile, and Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate balances technical depth with business needs, ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Project Manager: plan, track, and oversee timelines, risks, and scope
- Act as Product Owner: manage backlog, define user stories, and align the dev team
- Lead daily execution, resolve blockers, and ensure team progress
- Translate business needs into clear, technically sound requirements
- Partner with engineering on architecture, integrations, and scalability
- Track progress against KPIs and milestones, escalating risks proactively
- Communicate updates and decisions clearly to VP R&D / Product and stakeholders

Requirements
- 4–5 years’ proven experience as a Project Manager with product ownership
- Hands-on experience leading dev teams in Agile environments
- Solid technical understanding of architecture, integrations, and infrastructure
- Experience across SaaS, CRM, AI, Web, Mobile, or Infrastructure projects
- Skilled in planning, prioritization, and risk management
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Notion)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
