Web Development Tech- Lead

- Plan, build, and maintain scalable, modern Web systems.
- Translate business needs into technological solutions – acting as a bridge between tech and business.
- Work directly with clients – present ideas, manage expectations, and drive trust and satisfaction.


- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Web development – required.
- Strong proficiency with modern Web technologies:
React
Node.js / TypeScript / JavaScript
REST APIs / Microservices / Web Services
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) – a strong advantage.
- Strong coding skills, code review experience, and high attention to code quality.
- Deep passion for technology – naturally curious, always learning, always experimenting.
- Business-savvy mindset – able to understand the "why" behind the "what".
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in both written and spoken English (and Hebrew, if needed).
- "Can Do" attitude – proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
