About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Algo Engineer to join our cutting-edge Computer Vision team. Our team develops deep learning algorithms that process data from devices equipped with thermal, OGI, and high-resolution RGB cameras, enabling advanced perception tasks such as object detection, scene understanding, and anomaly detection. This role is ideal for someone passionate about innovation, with strong execution skills, creative thinking, and the ability to translate research into production-ready solutions.

*Key Responsibilities*
Design, develop, and deploy advanced computer vision solutions.
Translate business and product requirements into algorithm-based solutions
Design, train, and evaluate deep learning models
Deliver end-to-end algorithm development cycles for production-grade solutions.
Implement best practices in algorithm software development across R&D teams.
Analyze data requirements and guide data collection processes.

*Requirements – Must Have:*
3+ years of experience in developing computer vision algorithms (object detection & recognition, multi-view geometry, anomaly detection).
Advantage: BSc in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field from a leading university (MSc – advantage).
Proven experience with deep learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, or Scikit-learn.
Strong programming skills in Python (C/C++ – advantage).
Track record of deploying computer vision algorithms to production.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for cutting-edge technology and delivering impactful products.


*Nice to Have*
MSc in a relevant field.
Experience in anomaly detection techniques.
Familiarity with cloud-based ML workflows.
