What You'll Do?

You will lead and mentor a team of backend developers, helping shape both architecture and execution
Take ownership of client data processing services, workflow planning, and critical backend infrastructure
Architect, develop, document, and test highly scalable cloud microservices
Analyze the landscape of existing and upcoming solutions for continual improvement of Comp' AWS cloud infrastructure
Collaborate closely with our Data Science and Data Engineering teams to prioritize and roll out new features
Stay hands-on while also guiding best practices, code quality, and scalable design choices


What We're Looking For?
7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with .NET Core, SQL databases and Payton
2+ years of experience leading or managing backend teams in a tech-forward environment
Experience with AWS / Azure and Python
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Passion for technology and knowledge
Proficiency in AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor IDE, Tabnine, or similar is required
Strong prompt engineering skills to optimize the outputs of AI tools effectively
Critical understanding of the boundaries of AI tools and the ability to apply sound judgment and critical thinking
Utilizing artificial intelligence to debug, refine code quality, and improve documentation for enhanced productivity and workflow reliability
