Need freelancers for a one of a kind promotional gimmick project

To be honest, I cannot give the original idea at the beginning because it would normally require an NDA. But since I had a very bad experience with another business idea of mine and the party signed the NDA and unfortunately they broke the contract and the NDA and I am now in court with them, I would like to start with what kind of experts I need and then after there are some who are seriously interested in this kind of business I will go into more details.

Since I believe in partnerships, all options are open and can be discussed.
I am looking for experts in the following specializations:
Public Relations
Capital Raising
Contracts and NDAs
Taxation
Acquisition of sponsorship funds

The gimmick will go viral the first time it is presented and every TV station and media outlet will want to cover it.
This idea will only be able to live with the acquisition of sponsorship funds, and then the math will be right. Here will be the weight we should put on.
IMHO large and well known companies will be happy to be sponsors of the event(s). Again, the question is how much can we squeeze out to make it profitable for us? When I say profitable, I mean profitable in a very big way, not peanuts.

Please send only serious offers. I am a very straightforward person and if you think I am crazy or not serious, just don't send an offer out of curiosity as it would be a waste of time for both sides.
