Need a freelancer for a project manager

We looking for a project manager to work with software company in Israel.

Operational Responsibilities

Facilitate the weekly team meetings.
Determine, manage and improve the delivery velocity and quality of the teams outputs.
Responsible for managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Sets up and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience in web development. (Required)
Fluent in Hebrew both conversational and writing. (Required)
Confident in presenting to clients and various stakeholders in Hebrew.
“Software Development” Project Management experience.
High communication skills with various stakeholders.
Background and degree in Computer Science.
