Full-stack Lead Developer for Agtech / IoT / SaaS

Who we are:
iShence is revolutionizing the indoor agriculture industry by providing holistic solutions for cannabis growers at the highest levels. After 3 years of research and experimentation (and selling prototypes to public companies and legacy growers) we are moving towards mass production and our seed round.
We are a lean team with multidisciplinary expertise, building software and hardware, SaaS and IoT, combining knowledge of earth / wind / water and magic.
Our goal is to save the world by helping farmers grow faster, better yield while reducing resource usage.

We are looking for an experienced developer to rebuild our platform from scratch using the latest technology and providing our customers with a great user experience. This is the only dedicated s/w position in the company, and expected to evolve and include management of future developers.

Skills required:

A fullstack developer with 5 years experience.
React, NodeJS, PWA/hybrid
Decent UI/UX capabilities, well informed in recent practices to deliver a great UX.
Familiar with cloud providers (AWS preferred) high-availability and scalability setup
Basic devops experience: design env, setup, operations, DRP.
Experience in production architecture to support high availability, scalability and load balancing.
Hands-on experience with iot devices, integrations (sensors or other 3rd party elements).
Entrepreneur at heart, autonomous, quick learner, positive thinker.
