Our agency wants to create a new system in which only real estate agencies will publish their listings. Depending to the contract, each agency will have max number of listings allowed to publish on the website. The main focus of this website will be on the fact that users, after having looked for their homes, will have the possibility to stay in touch with the website agencies, receiving emails with every new listing responding to their last research. And, when they will come back to this website, it will remember what kind of house that user is looking for and will show the latest results. Besides the website will have some other small functions that I will explain to the project winner. About the design, you will have create a simple but professional logo and to design a web 2.0 layout.
