Need a consultant for Smart Schools Project

Family Office from Europe is seeking a consultant for Smart Schools project in Israel and West Bank (Palestine).
The schools intended for grades 1-7.

Looking for consultant who will take part in the planning phase of the project including planning the budget, curriculum, infrastructure and HR.

Looking for candidates who have vast experience (at least 15 years) as School Principal / Educational Consultant / Project Managers.

Part time job (in the beginning).

Arabic an Hebrew needed.
