Need a freelancer for development of fast fourier filter for image processing

We are small start-up company in Israel. We are developing a new technique for medical x-ray imaging. We have built our first prototype system. The images from our system have artifacts. We believe the artifacts can be removed with Fourier filtering. We are looking for person to develop computer program with FFT filtering to remove the artifacts.
