An international exhibition design & production company is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and well-experienced Production manager, to lead and manage the process of transforming great designs into flawless exhibition stands for world leading brands. Responsibilities: Oversee, manage & control the process of exhibition stand production to meet customer satisfaction. Ensure all aspects of the event are delivered on to client’s time frame, BARZILAI deadlines, within budget, safely and in partnership with the rest of the team. Ensure each stand is delivered to the highest BARZILAI quality standard. Ensure efficiency in terms of using as few resources as needed. Implement, review and document all aspects of the show; pre-show, onsite and post-show. Manage and supervise contractors reviewing their performance, building relationships with them and negotiating production costs. Budget management (project budget, yearly budget) Establish & maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organization. Lead & encourage design team to achieve innovation in technology while standing the client’s budget frame. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience managing the technical, logistical and budgetary aspects of medium to large scale exhibition stands Demonstrate a profound knowledge of the industry, venues and contractors. Travel abroad at least 6 times a year also on weekends Microsoft office skills Excellent English speaking and writing Means of transportation (Studio located in Moshav Talmey Menashe, a few minutes from Rishon Letzion)
