Need a freelancer for a Uber kind of app

Hi,

I'd need to develop a new geobased mobile app product. Kind of Uber product for a different service.
This project includes design, app development, back end and front end development.

Like for Uber, there are 3 interfaces to develop:
1/ App for the client: so that they can order a service
2/ App for the suppliers: so that they can answer to an order and communicate with a client
3/ An admin interface: allowing to track everything

The service will include the following basic features:
- Account creation: Facebook, Google
- Payment method: Credit Card only
- Geolocation to isolate supliers and clients in the same areas
- 3 different services to pick from
- A push and communication system: for the supplier, the client and the admin to communicate
- A referral system to refer to friends.
- A ranking system to give notes and comments to suppliers and clients.

Really similar to Uber.

We are working on more detailed requirements but we'd need a rough estimation of pricing and of people that could help on this project. Also looking for partners on this.
