A young Start Up developing an innovative solution for marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy) sellers, looking for a late co-founder to join it by taking responsibility on product and general management: 1. Act as company CEO/co-CEO and Product Manager 2. Defining product features and requirements 3. Defining and executing company marketing and users acquisition strategy 4. Working closely with VP R&D,tech team and Advisory Board (abroad and in Israel) 5. Seed funds raising The best candidate will have a proven record in building e-commerce startups/products, in-depth understanding of selling processes in leading marketplaces and funds raising experience The later founder will have a substantial equity of the company share subject to reaching its next KPI which includes seed fundraising (6 months from now). No monthly salary/retainer will be considered until then.
