What we're trying to do is create a group buying list for real estate in Los Angeles. We have talked with several real estate developers that have said that they are willing to give up to 25% discount on market prices for new apartments if there is a group that will buy in bulk. Essentially, what we're doing is creating Groupon for real estate. Therefore we need to create a website that is informative, looks professional, and has an application form (we claim to be an exclusive members only club to add interest) for people to sign up and join the list. We could really use a designer's help on logo and page presentation. Again, I don't want to spend too much on this but rather just to see if we can get some initial interest. I would also greatly appreciate your input on mass emailing services
