We need you with vast knowledge and experience with:

Online documentation
Interviewing developers and collecting information from them
Work closely with our Product team to understand product features and modules which are to be "translated" into external materials for customers.
Write easy-to-read and easy-to-find use case-based documentation
Write about highly technical concepts
Ability to quickly learn technical information
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
Fluent English in speaking and writing
