שלום, אני מחפש שותפ/ה טכנולוגי/ת מבריק/ה להובלת הפיתוח של מיזם המביא תפיסות חדשות בעולם הדיגיטציה של ההנחיות ליישום עצמי, ופונה לשווקים מבטיחים. בשלב זה מדובר בפעילות hands-on אשר תתפתח יחד עם התפתחות החברה. המטרה למצוא שותפ/ה אמיתי/ת (בשלב הראשון ללא שכר על בסיס שותפות, ניתן יהיה בתחילה לעבוד באופן חלקי, מרכז הפעילות במודיעין). מה חשוב? מנטליות יזמית, מוטיבציה עצמית, למידה עצמית, כניסה מהירה לטכנולוגיות חדשות, חשיבה עצמאית, שחקן צוות. ניסיון מוכח בתכנון ופיתוח של תוכנות איכותיות באיכות גבוהה, ובמימוש פרויקטי תוכנה מקונספט ועד לבשלות. פיתוח fullstack וארכיטקטורה. מיומנויות בינאישיות מעולות! I'm looking for a brilliant tech leader (co-founder) to head a new venture R&D. This startup brings new concepts to self-service guidance, addressing strong markets. This is a hands-on position that will evolve as the startup grows. The goal is to find a real partner (the initial compensation will be based on equity, for the first few months part time could be possible, location is in Modiin). Key things that are important? An entrepreneurial self-starter mentality, self-motivated, self-learner & researcher, getting fast into new technologies, independent thinker, team player. A proven experience in designing and developing high-quality high-scale software, and taking software projects from concept to maturity. Full stack hands-on development & architecture. Great interpersonal skills!
