Responsibilities: - Help ensure 24x7 reliability of production platform by maintaining the stability and scalability of our production infrastructure - Manage Windows, Linux production systems - Manage a large-scale production environments in multiple countries - Develop and document procedures for enhancing reliability of all production infrastructure - Design and implement solutions to complex architecture problems, including ongoing monitoring and improving incident response procedures - Apply industry-standard best practices for security, repeatability, and automation - Share in 24x7 on-call responsibilities with the rest of the system team, maintaining the availability and performance of services - Maintenance of Call center Technical VOIP infrastructure - Managing NOC team - Managing Remote and Local IT Team Requirements: - Hands- on capabilities – must - Experience in Windows Active Directory and Exchange/Office 365 – must - Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems – an advantage - At least 5 years’ experience managing Windows/Linux systems in a global production environment - Familiarity and maintenance of Apache/ngnix. - Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting - Strong knowledge with Security and compliance (Firewall, Load Balancers, DLP). - Good knowledge of VOIP technologies (Asterisk or other) - Strong verbal and written skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization - Desire to learn additional technologies and to fill in knowledge gaps as needed - Experience working in a 24x7 on-call production environment providing reliable, high-uptime services - Experience from Binary/Forex/Gaming companies is advantage - Knowledge of Cloud Computing services (google , amazon, asure or others) –advantage - High level English, spoken and written
