A global high- tech company is looking for a Jira expert. Responsibilities: 1. Design, configure, manage, and support Jira tool. 2. Establish and promote best practices for the usage of Jira. 3. Help guide and maintain the organization. 4. Design and support custom JIRA workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports. 5. Work with business users to evaluate JIRA, perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins. Preferred Skills and Experience: -BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field; -At least 3 years of experience with JIRA administration and development -Excellent understanding of JIRA workflows, permissions schemes, notification schemes, screen schemes, etc. -Experience customizing JIRA. -Experience in installing, configuring and administering Jira plugins.
