Job Description
In an UI Designer (Front-End Designer) role, you’ll take on product related tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for a very vast crowd of people around the world. Achieving this goal requires that you collaborate closely with the team of Designers, Engineers, QA groups and Product Managers throughout the design process - from crafting user flows and wireframes to building user interface with front-end skills.
You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team of interaction designers, visual designers and motion designer who collaborate closely with each other and with engineering and product management to create innovative, usable, great-looking products that our users love to use.

Responsibilities
• Help to define the user model and user interface for new and existing Company products and features.
• Develop high level and/or detailed prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Gauge the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for improvement.
• Driving best practices with an eye toward localization, accessibility, SEO, scalability, and ease of maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum
• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications) or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working and basic coding with HTML, CSS and Responsive Design new trends.
• Demonstrable fluency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other design tools.
• Must provide an online portfolio or links to active websites they have built.
• 3 years of experience in a related field.
 
Preferred
• Demonstrated experience in crafting usable digital interfaces.
• Professional coding with web based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and practical Responsive Design skills.
• Experience in mobile environment such as Android Studio, XCode, etc.
• Familiar with Node JS, Foundation Framework, CSS Flexbox, SASS, JSON, JQuery – an advantage.
• Visual design sensibilities as they relate to applying a brand to digital experiences.
• Must be able to present multiple design options, collect a variety of feedback from different business stakeholders, and quickly turn around new design candidates.
• Brilliant problem solver, quick study, self-starter, excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Comfortable working in a loosely structured organization.
• Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work.
• 5 years of experience in a related field.
