Manage and effectively deliver features committed to for the Release Supports Product owners team in developing, maintaining and grooming Product Backlog Work with the Scrum team and with non-agile teams to align deliverables Diligently prepare and collate project progress/status, issues & risks 3+ years of project management officer in an Agile Scrum environment working directly with development teams. High level understanding of development technology/ methodologies BA/BS in relevant field of work or equivalent work experience Certified Scrum Master is preferred Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a plus Demonstrate leadership Experience in assisting product owners with sizing and product/sprint backlog maintenance techniques Excellent business communication, facilitation, writing and interpersonal skills
