Talented freelancers for a java project

We are looking for a highly talented developer to develop a new product, work on server-side logic of highly complicated intelligence system.

Poject schedule - 6 months (full-time job only).
Project Budget - 150K shekels (with an option for extension).
Payment method - hourly rate, not fixed price.

Qualifications:
· At least 3 years of experience in Java/J2EE
· Back-end / server side orientation
· Databases and SQL writing
· Design Patterns and Object oriented programming
· Multithreaded architecture
· Ability to understand & analyze an existing code
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work Independently and collaboratively.
