Rules for accurate writing style
Good style depends not only on a versatile vocabulary, impeccable grammar, and a careful sense of language, but, above all, on the ability to discern what level of language is appropriate for a given writing situation.

The school essay is not to help you stand out as a young Kafka. Your first and last thought should be to make your writing clear and fact-based so that the reader or proofreader understands exactly what you want to say and enjoy reading your essay

1. Don't clutter your texts with empty sentences and empty phrases!
In an article in Spiegel magazine, author Alexander Demling describes such empty phrases as "rhetorical fog bombs" (1). Service grademiners believe that when you fill in your sentences with them: you lose clear expression and significance.

The proofreader will think you've misunderstood the assignment or the source text, and you'll want to fumble with the bush instead. You're doing yourself a disservice; it doesn't score any points.

Examples of filler words: however, apparently, apparently, obviously, to date, especially, at best, probably, on the other hand, really, actually, simply, somewhat, when, finally, essentially, what-if, almost, indisputably, of course, actually, somewhat, fundamentally, stop, etc.

Examples of particle shading : yes, well, also, because, at all, even, calm, but, about, sometimes, etc. Д.

He's probably not the best poker player either.

2. There is no "we" in the actual essay.
The personal pronoun "we" has no place in an essay.

With these, writers try to give weak arguments the appearance of a majority opinion that they can't really support. Or it gives the impression that the writer is addressing their readers directly, which is completely questionable as part of the analysis, interpretation, or discussion.

Examples:

The author gives us the impression that we should agree with his opinion.

At the very beginning of the text we are put off by the fact that the first sentence is more than three lines long .

The reader does not understand who exactly is meant by "we." The writer's family? The writer's friends? All the people in Germany? All the people in the world?

Don't cause such confusion in your texts!

3. "one" also creates confusion.
The pronoun "person" is an indefinite pronoun for a reason, that is, an indefinite pronoun. When writing an essay in payforessay, the pronoun "person" is used for indefinite people and indefinite numbers of people, for generalizations and other vague statements.

As with "we," "man" can hide the fact that the writer does not understand what he/she is talking about.

The dismissal of "you" can often be heard in court:

It sounds like you weren't home when the neighbors rang the doorbell. Then you were too lazy to take the garbage out of the garage.

Such sentences sound awful. Every listener or reader should ask themselves: who IS "you"?

Call things and people by their names, be specific!

4. stay active!
Superfluous passive constructions also belong to the realm of obfuscation tactics. They make the text unwieldy, end up seeming monotonous, and often leave the reader in the dark as to who is doing what.

As a result, your texts leave a rather weak impression.

Numerous anaphors emphasize the relevance of the issue.

At the end of the paragraph cancel out an initially unconvincing thesis statement.

Name the polluters by name!

5. Unintelligible quotations.
The author uses quotation marks to indicate that terms or phrases are taken from another text or brain, or that he or she does not mean something as it is said or written.

However, quotation marks are not used for metaphors!

Metaphors are basically idioms that you CANNOT mean the way you say it. So putting them in quotation marks is completely absurd.

When someone writes:

My little kitty "still eats the hair off our heads" -

The quotation marks are unnecessary so that readers know that the cat is not actually eating human hair off their heads.

In essays, quotation marks can only be used for headlines and quotations. So don't confuse your readers with phrases you don't seem to mean when you write them down.
