Nick Vujicic is an Australian motivational speaker and Christian evangelist. Vujicic is suffering from tetra Amelia syndrome because of the syndrome he does not have 4 limbs. But, despite all the adversities he’s living a happy life and inspires people with disabilities to live well. Nick Vujicic hasn't let the fact of having no legs and no arms stop him from accomplishing his dreams. He has inspired millions of people all across the world. Personal Information about Nick Vujicic
Nick was born on 4 December 1982 with the birth name Nicholas James Vujicic.

Nick Vujicic’s early days
It wasn’t easy for Nick to live a life of a child with tetra Amelia disorder.

Tetra-amelia syndrome is also called as autosomal recessive tetraamelia, it is an exceptionally rare autosomal recessive congenital disorder exemplified by the nonexistence of all four limbs. This disorder is attributable to mutations in the WNT3 gene. Both Nick Vujicic and Japanese sports journalist and author Hirotada Ototake are survivors of this syndrome.

As a child it was difficult for Nick to accept the body he had. He had to struggle mentally, physiology and emotionally because of the syndrome. However it changed when Vujicic turned 17 and came up with Life without Limbs, his nonprofit organization.

Secondary School
While he was in secondary school, Nick Vujicic took part in various local charities and disability campaigns. At that point in time, he used to work with student council to arrange fundraising events at Runcorn State High School in Queensland, Australia.

Married Life
Nick is married to Kanae Miyahara, he proposed to his wife, in 2011 on a yacht in Santa Barbara. To put the ring on his beloved wifes finger Nick used his mouth. Nick and his wife Kanae’s first son, Kiyoshi James Vujicic, was born on 13th February 2013.

 

Meaning Of Life
Although Nick Vujicic lives without limbs, he still asks people persistently to focus on his life. He gives motivational speeches to make people become conscious about the true meaning of life and give them hope for those individuals who are living with disability.

Religion
Nick believes is religious and he has full faith in God. He often says that God gives everyone the courage they need to overcome all types of disabilities.

 

Awards and recognition
Nick won an award for his perseverance and bravery it was the Australian young citizen award in 1990. He was nominated for the Young Australian of the Year Award in the year 2005.

Education
If you assumed that a man without limbs would not be able to pursue high education, you are wide of the mark. At the age of 21, Nick Vujicic graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University. He also had a double major in financial planning and accountancy.

Motivational speaker
After deciding to live his life as a motivational speaker, Nick started travelling the all over the world. He started helping people and focused more on the teenager’s issues.
